Creative Assignment: Video
I recreated a Twilight scene as an art video by rewriting the dialogue around contemporary art identity. The original vampire reveal became a moment about being an artist, employment, and visibility. Bella identifies Edward through art related roles, and Edward responds through the language of job searching and professional platforms, using the OpenToWork banner as the key visual cue. I worked with Joyce on this project, and we collaborated on performance, timing, and how humor functions within the scene.
